- Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Build, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, YouTube, Performance Max, and Display
- Execute campaign structures and bidding strategies aligned with performance goals
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve CPA, ROAS, conversion volume, and efficiency
- Monitor daily performance and make proactive adjustments
- Maintain strong account structure and direct-response best practices
- Performance Monitoring & Analysis
- Track key performance metrics and identify trends, anomalies, or risks
- Analyze data to uncover optimization opportunities and improve efficiency
- Maintain organized campaign structures, naming conventions, and documentation
- Escalate performance issues or technical blockers when necessary
- Full-Funnel Awareness
- Understand how paid traffic interacts with landing pages, funnels, and offers
- Collaborate with creative, CRO, and funnel teams to align performance
- Provide feedback based on user behavior and campaign data
- Support structured testing and experimentation initiatives
- Creative Testing & Optimization
- Execute creative testing strategies based on performance insights
- Rotate creatives, formats, and messaging to prevent fatigue
- Provide data-backed feedback on winning concepts and angles
- Ensure all assets meet platform policies and guidelines
- Team Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with strategists and internal teams to execute campaign roadmaps
- Participate in performance reviews and optimization discussions
- Maintain clear communication and task management within ClickUpTake ownership of assigned accounts and ensure consistent execution
- Qualifications2–4+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaignsStrong experience working with eCommerce brands
- Deep understanding of direct-response marketing and performance optimization
- Familiarity with Search, YouTube, Performance Max, and Display campaignsStrong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Google Ads certifications are a plus
- Consistent execution of structured, high-performing campaigns
- Ongoing improvements in CPA, ROAS, and conversion volume
- Clean, scalable account structures that support growth
- Strong collaboration with internal teams to drive results
