Print Production Specialist / Customer Service Rep Post Net West Ashley — Charleston, SC Full-time (in-store, not remote) $12.00 - $15.00 per hour We're a family-owned print and shipping center that has been serving the Charleston and West Ashley area for 23 years. We're looking for an energetic, positive person to join our team. This is not a desk-only design job; you will be on your feet most of the day moving between the counter, the production floor and the computer. Schedule Mon–Fri 9:00am–5:00pm Saturday 10:00am–2:00pm. Up to 3 Saturdays per month. Closed Sundays.
What You'll Do: Greet walk-ins and help them with print or shipping needs Preflight and fix customer files in Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)Run and tend digital and wide-format equipment; cut, fold, laminate, and pack jobs Keep jobs organized in our file system and hit pickup times Build straightforward quotes in Excel and send them cleanly to potential clients
What We're Looking For: Comfortable in Adobe Creative Suite, especially preparing files for print (bleeds, fonts, color, resolution)Windows + Microsoft Office (Excel matters)Print-shop, copy-center, or sign-shop experience preferred Calm in stressful scenarios while managing competing priorities in print and customer service. Ability to remain positive, professional and courteous under pressure Clear written and in-person communication Fast talker, fast thinker and fast mover You'll learn about using our equipment, printers, customer quoting, and file standards.
