Nurtury is seeking a dynamic Program Director to lead Nurtury's central Early Learning Center, overseeing one of the agency's largest and most complex programs with 10+ classrooms and a licensed capacity of 132 children. What You?ll Do: Lead, mentor, and develop teaching staff Maintain compliance, quality standards, and smooth operations Support curriculum planning and program improvement Oversee enrollment, schedules, budgets, and center needs Build strong, respectful Relationships With Families And The Community Full Job Description available upon request You: Are EEC Director II certified (required)Hold a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in EEC or related field Are experienced with 3?5+ years in early childhood program leadership Are strong in leadership, communication, coaching, operations, and team building Knowledgeable about EEC licensing, accreditation standards, and best practices
