Pay Rate: $20/hour
Having a valid driver's license, clean driving record and a reliable vehicle is required. A little about you: Comfortable and able to lift/transfer client. You are engaging and have a warm, inviting personality. Your passion to help the special needs population. Your reliability and professionalism which can make a difference in the lives of these individuals and their families. A plus with experience - even if you provided care for a friend or family member - We are looking for passionate people that care for others. Primary Responsibilities: The primary responsibility of Spread Your Wings Direct Care Staff (DCS) is to provide a safe and supportive environment for our clients. We tailor our support to each person's specific needs and desires, ensuring they live the life they want, and as independently as possible. When an individual is in crisis, DCS is expected to recognize the situation and utilize the appropriate procedures to handle it professionally and safely.
