About the role
AuraOne is seeking a Chemistry Expert (PhD) for a remote AI Safety red-team track. You will stress-test AI systems against adversarial prompts, craft attack scenarios, document failure modes, and pair each jailbreak with the violated rubric clause to enable patching by the safety team.
Design adversarial prompts, score defenses, triage new attack vectors, and maintain a library of attack patterns. Multilingual testing and precise technical writing are essential for success.
