About the role

About Us: We partner with thousands of unions, credit unions, and professional organizations throughout North America to make sure their members and families get the benefit information they’ve personally requested. Our representatives connect daily with individuals who are already expecting to hear from us. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys conversation, scheduling, and organization in a flexible, remote environment. You’ll have the independence to work from home while benefiting from structured training, proven systems, and a team that’s focused on helping you succeed both personally and professionally.
What You’ll Be Doing: Contact members who have requested information and arrange convenient appointment times. Conduct short phone or Zoom calls to confirm interest and explain next steps. Coordinate with licensed professionals who will review members’ coverage options. Keep accurate notes, updates, and schedules organized within the company’s digital system. Follow up with members to ensure appointments are completed and satisfaction remains high. Participate in ongoing training and mentorship to build strong communication and organizational skills. Contribute to a collaborative, positive team culture where everyone works toward shared goals.
What We’re Looking For: Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly phone manner. Confidence using basic technology such as Zoom, Google Workspace, or CRM platforms. Strong organization, reliability, and time-management skills. A self-driven and disciplined work ethic with the ability to thrive independently from home. A positive, coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow. Must be able to successfully pass a background screening.
What You’ll Gain: Comprehensive training program — no previous appointment-setting or sales experience required. Weekly pay and bonus opportunities tied to performance. Flexible schedule designed to support your lifestyle. Clear, structured career advancement pathways into leadership and management. A remote-first culture centered on support, teamwork, and development. Recognition programs, rewards, and travel incentives for top performers.
Why This Role Matters: In this position, you’ll play a key part in connecting families with protection and peace of mind. You’ll represent a company built on integrity, service, and respect — not high-pressure tactics. If you’re motivated, dependable, and people-focused, this is an excellent opportunity to start a long-term remote career where your efforts genuinely make a difference. Apply today and take the first step toward a role that rewards both purpose and performance. Powered by JazzHR

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
