Press Operator

What You'll Do: Operate mechanical and high-speed stamping presses under supervision Load materials and monitor production runs Perform basic inspections to ensure quality and consistency Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Work closely with experienced operators and engineers to learn the trade Grow your skills over time with the opportunity to move into an apprenticeship role Dependability is key. We're looking for someone who: Shows up on time, every day, ready to work Takes responsibility for their role and their team Is eager to learn and accepts coaching Has a strong work ethic and attention to detail Values safety, quality, and teamwork Previous experience in manufacturing, machining, or mechanical work is welcome but not required. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Willingness to work in a production environment (clean, temperature controlled all year environment) Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed Interest in building a long-term career in manufacturing
