About the role

To support the oncology training initiatives, the full-time salaried Oncology Training Manager will manage the development and execution of training programs for the US Sales team, collaborating with cross-functional teams and utilizing various training modalities in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Lead and support national training projects involving multiple cross-functional partners Develop and implement training plans tailored to the needs of the US Sales team Provide coaching and feedback to Regional Trainers and sales representatives to enhance training effectiveness Required qualifications 4-6+ years of experience in oncology, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical sales, with 2+ years in oncology training Bachelor's degree is required Experience in creating and tracking training content and effectiveness Strong project management skills with the ability to handle complex projects across teams Intermediate to advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Word
