Responsibilities:
-Build and maintain a network of Technology professionals.- Work in tandem with Account Management team to understand our client's hiring needs.- Interview candidates and match high demand skill sets to open requisitions.- Prepare candidates for interviews.- Negotiate and present offers for employment.- Manage workforce of Consultants and Full time Staff as they support eNGINE initiatives.
Requirements:
-Effective verbal and written communication skills.-Strong drive to educate and influence-Ability to work in a fast paced culture while remaining focused.-Bachelor's degree in business, management, communication, or similar field(s).-Ability to multi-task and plan work activities proactively.eNGINE offers extensive and ongoing training, career growth opportunities and a winning culture committed to your success.
