🚹 Now Hiring: Facilities / Work Order Dispatcher📍 Fort Lauderdale-Davie, FL | Onsite🕐 Full-Time | Contract to hire We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Facilities / Work Order Coordinator to support daily facilities operations and ensure service requests are handled efficiently from start to finish.
What you’ll do: Receive, process, assign, track, and close work orders. Coordinate with technicians, building managers, vendors, and internal customers. Respond to urgent and emergency service requests. Communicate with customers by phone and email to gather and verify information. Distribute work orders to external vendors and verify completed services. Maintain accurate records and update information in the work order management system. Schedule passenger vans and executive vehicles.
What we’re looking for:
  • 1+ year of experience in dispatch, data entry, phone operations, customer service, or a related role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of transactions.
  • Detail-oriented and able to stay calm when handling urgent situations.
  • Comfortable working fully onsite in Fort Lauderdale-Davie.
