About the role
- Answering phones and providing friendly, professional service to investors
- Assisting with trade entries and verifying activity
- Preparing client paperwork and income planners
- Coordinating seminars and occasionally attending (just one evening every 6–8 weeks!)Liaising between clients, brokers, and operations to resolve questions quickly
- A strong administrative background (Microsoft Office whiz, especially Word & Outlook)
- Great communication and organizational skills
- Someone who can juggle multiple priorities in a busy office without missing a beat
- A current Series 7 and 63 license is a big plus — but if you don’t have them yet, we’ll support you in getting licensed within your first few months
- Competitive salary (licensed candidates start higher)
