Pastor Worship Leader

Responsibilities and Duties: Coordinate and lead the music for weekend worship services Collaborate with campus Worship Pastors for service planning Champion Fairhaven Worship culture and encourage buy-in among current and prospective serve team members. Develop, build and equip serve teams to lead in music and technology production Coordinate with the campus production team and the Fairhaven Production Staff to maintain, repair, or upgrade musical and A/V equipment as necessary and to manage platform set-up and stage design. Participate in multisite worship and production meetings for planning and collaborative worship service writing Lead a mid-week vocal and instrumental rehearsal forWorship Serve Team Members Supervise and develop Campus Production Specialist Manage Campus Worship budget

Qualifications: Christian Maturity a saving knowledge of and a growing relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ Strengths/Traits/Skills Proactive, focused and passionate. Takes appropriate action without additional prompting. Basic understanding of individual spiritual formation and the nurturing of faith and character in others Culture Carrier – Demonstrate enthusiasm for the advancement of Fairhaven’s vision Learner – Willingness to learn new skills, systems and processes as ministry and technology needs dictate Efficiency – Achieves results that meet or exceed Fairhaven’s standards for work assigned, including attention to detail and thoroughness with excellence Develop Leaders – Recruiting, developing, and empowering leaders. Supports and actively participates in open, honest and respectful communication Technology Aptitude –A working experience and growing knowledge of industry standard software such as Ableton Live, ProPresenter and Planning Center Online Education College degree or equivalent work, life or ministry experience
