About the role
MTM of Colorado is looking for an exceptional in-home sales professional to own and grow our North Denver residential countertop territory. We’re not looking for an order taker. We’re looking for a salesperson who enjoys competing, knows their numbers, takes ownership of their pipeline, and knows how to confidently move a homeowner from interest to decision. A Different Kind of Sales OpportunityMTM provides approximately 26–28 qualified homeowner opportunities per month. Our average residential sale is approximately $7,800. There is no cold calling or door knocking required for these company-generated opportunities. Build relationships. Understand the customer. Create value. Overcome objections. Close business. Compensation & Opportunity We believe exceptional sales performance should be exceptionally rewarded.· 8-week ramp guarantee: $750/week· After ramp: $375/week base· Uncapped commission· Performance-based commission accelerators· Annual performance bonuses· Expected compensation: $90,000–$160,000+· No commission cap The compensation structure rewards higher closing performance, giving top producers meaningful upside.
The Role:
· Conduct company-provided in-home consultations· Understand project goals, budget, motivation, and timing· Help homeowners select countertop materials and design options· Measure projects and prepare accurate proposals· Present value and pricing confidently· Handle objections and competitive bids· Ask for the sale· Follow up on unsold opportunities· Maintain an organized sales pipeline· Protect appropriate project margins· Coordinate sold projects with MTM’s internal production team· Develop referrals and repeat business Who We’re Looking For The ideal candidate has demonstrated success in high-ticket B2C sales. Experience in home improvement, windows, remodeling, kitchens and baths, flooring, cabinets, HVAC, roofing, solar, automotive, or another consultative sales environment is particularly relevant. Countertop experience is not required. This position will primarily serve North Denver and surrounding communities. Some evening and Saturday appointments are required. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
