About the role
VOAMI is seeking an experienced leader to provide leadership and operational oversight for the HVRP Employment Specialist team while maintaining a participant caseload and supporting homeless and at-risk veterans in obtaining meaningful employment. The role emphasizes supervising and mentoring staff, managing veteran employment services, ensuring program compliance and data accuracy, and delivering person-centered support to veterans. Travel may be required.
