Receptionist - Contract (On-Site)Location: In-Person | 5 Days per Week – Chinatown Metro StopPay Rate: $25.00/hourContract PositionA DC law Firm is seeking a professional and dependable Contract Receptionist. This is an on-site role requiring attendance in the office Monday through Friday. If you are a reliable, detail-oriented professional who enjoys creating a welcoming office environment, we'd love to hear from you.Schedule:8:30 AM to 5:00 PMIncludes a 1-hour lunch breakTotal paid work time: 7.5 hours per dayKey Responsibilities:Staff the front desk from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PMAnswer and direct incoming calls on the main office phone lineGreet and assist visitors and guestsManage conference room reservations and schedulingCoordinate and order food for meetings and eventsPerform general administrative and clerical duties as neededQualifications:Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsProfessional demeanor and appearanceAbility to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office technologyHow To Apply: Please respond with your resume for consideration.
