About the role

Gigantes Group seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to serve as the legal backbone for active solar and energy storage assets in the United States. You will draft and negotiate major procurement agreements, EPCs, and long-term O&M contracts, and support asset management teams on warranties and disputes. Reporting to executive legal leadership, you will drive risk mitigation, contract templates, and regulatory compliance across federal, state, and local frameworks to protect project value.
