About the role
Boxcar Coffee Roasters in Boulder, CO is seeking a Production Baker to prepare and finish pastries for both cafés each morning, including croissants, brioche, cookies, canelé, and more. You will mix doughs, lamination, fillings, and bake to our recipes and quality standards.
