Our client, a leading CPG company with a portfolio of household-name food brands, is seeking a Digital Shelf Marketing Associate to support the continued growth, management, and optimization of its e-commerce presence. This is an exciting opportunity to work with well-known consumer brands in the CPG space and partner closely with the Digital Shelf and Omnichannel team to ensure product content is accurate, compelling, and optimized across major retailer and marketplace platforms. The role will support a growing portfolio of 200+ SKUs, including planned 2027 product launches, continued growth across Asian and international food categories, club-channel initiatives, and expansion into Canada and Mexico.
What You’ll Do: Manage and optimize digital shelf content syndication for 200+ product SKUs across priority retailer and marketplace platforms. Partner with retailers and internal stakeholders to ensure product information, imagery, attributes, and content are accurate, complete, and live on schedule. Support e-commerce execution across major national grocery, mass retail, club, delivery, and online marketplace partners. Work with syndicated content platforms and data sources such as Salsify, Syndigo, NielsenIQ/Brandbank, Profitero, and related tools. Monitor digital shelf performance, content effectiveness, share of shelf, share of voice, and other key e-commerce measurements. Analyze shopper, consumer, category, product, panel, demographic, and retailer data to identify opportunities and recommend improvements. Use data and insights to test, refine, and deploy content that improves the consumer experience and supports sales objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional marketing, media, sales, agency, and business teams to align digital shelf execution with broader brand priorities. Provide content creation and content-management support within product detail pages and brand stores. Stay current on digital shelf, retail media, e-commerce, and consumer behavior trends and best practices.
What You’ll Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, digital shelf management, market research, CPG, or a related discipline. Experience managing product content, product information, or digital syndication across retailer and marketplace platforms. Hands-on familiarity with digital shelf and syndication tools such as Salsify, Syndigo, Profitero, and NielsenIQ/Brandbank. Experience interpreting web analytics, search trends, content performance, A/B testing, or multivariate testing results. Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize multiple data sources into clear, actionable recommendations. Excellent project-management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Comfort working in a fast-paced CPG environment with evolving priorities, product launches, and retailer requirements.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
