About the role

Conway Services Heating & Cooling is hiring In-Home Sales Representatives (Comfort Advisors) to consult with homeowners and recommend HVAC system solutions. The role features company-generated warm leads, 3-4 appointments daily, and a minimum 55 leads per month, with an uncapped commission structure and a training salary that transitions to a draw. We provide a take-home vehicle, gas card, phone, laptop, 401(k) match, 13 days of PTO plus 8 holidays, and insurance options after 31 days.
