About the role
Dole Packaged Foods seeks a Plant Human Resources Manager for its McDonough, GA facility. This on-site role leads employee relations, workforce planning, recruiting, and HR operations to support a safe, compliant, and high-performing plant. You will partner with plant leadership and HQ HR Centers of Excellence to deliver practical people solutions while ensuring a positive, inclusive work environment. Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with possible weekend/shift coverage.
