About the role
DOCC is seeking a Worship Minister to plan, prepare, and lead worship services across multiple campuses and services, partnering with the senior pastor to steward meaningful worship experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong vocal ability, multi-instrument proficiency, and a minimum of five years’ experience in a large, multi-service church.
It includes training worship teams, using Planning Center for scheduling, serving on the Executive Team, and developing next-gen worship structures
