Job Description: POSITION SUMMARYThe Production Assembler plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process, contributing to the manufacture of high-quality products. Responsible for executing assembly tasks according to the work instructions, this role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to quality standards. The Production Assembler must achieve set production goals, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and leverage Lean manufacturing tools to enhance efficiency. Monday-Thursday: 6:30am-5:15pmCORE FUNCTIONSFollow established work instructions to properly assemble products and/or different parts of products. Achieve established goals or deadlines set for specific work areas. Operate required equipment per safety guidelines, which may include wearing safety shoes, gloves, hearing protection, and eye protection. Complete all required paperwork and/or data entry. May work at different workstations as production needs require. Attendance and dependability are essential job functions. Required to report to work on time and follow attendance guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSEducation and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.1-3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work instructions, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
