About the role

Warehouse ClerkThe Warehouse Clerk is responsible for supporting efficient warehouse operations related to patient orders, inventory, purchasing, receiving, stocking, and shipment preparation. This position ensures proper rotation and maintenance of inventory while maintaining accurate records and a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. The Warehouse Clerk gathers supplies and equipment for patient orders and prepares shipments for delivery. The role is responsible for shipments through UPS, Federal Express, and couriers and serves as a liaison between patients and others encountered within the scope of the job. The Warehouse Clerk also provides backup support to the purchasing coordinator and assists with inventory control activities.
Job Duties:
  • Pack and prepare shipments being sent to patients
  • Maintain a clean work environment
  • Ensure proper rotation and maintenance of inventory
  • Provide backup support to the purchasing coordinator
  • Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
  • Serve as a liaison between patients and others encountered within the scope of the job
  • Gather supplies and equipment for patient orders in preparation for shipment or delivery
  • Manage shipments via UPS, Federal Express, and couriers
  • Perform inventory control activities, including purchasing, receiving, stocking, and record keeping
