About the role
Now Hiring: Site Director | Food Manufacturing I’m currently working on an exciting Site Director opportunity in the Mooresville, IN area with a growing food manufacturing organization. This is a high-level plant leadership role for someone who is ready to take ownership of overall site operations and lead a team toward safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement. What you’ll be responsible for:🔹 Leading overall plant operations, including Production, Maintenance, Engineering & Quality🔹 Developing and holding Managers & Supervisors accountable🔹 Driving continuous improvement, productivity, and operational efficiency🔹 Managing budgets, costs, and capital improvement projects🔹 Ensuring strong food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance🔹 Building a strong culture of employee engagement, accountability, and development🔹 Partnering with corporate and cross-functional teams to meet business and customer needs🔹 Identifying opportunities to improve throughput, equipment performance, and profitability
What we're looking for:
