Insurance has always been a part of my life - my grandfather was a State Farm agent, and carrying on that legacy has been both an honor and a privilege. Today, our agency consists of six team members who are committed to providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our customers. Community involvement is an important part of who we are. We actively participate in local events and maintain strong relationships through various Chambers of Commerce and community organizations. We believe that being involved in the community helps us better serve the people who trust us with their insurance needs. Our team members enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes health benefits, a 401(k), paid holidays, PTO, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in creating an environment where people can build successful careers while maintaining balance outside of work. Our office operates like a family. Everyone understands their role, supports one another, and works together to create a positive and professional environment. We take pride in maintaining a workplace where people enjoy coming to work each day. I'm looking for someone who is detail-oriented, friendly, positive, and accountable. If you're someone who enjoys helping others, takes pride in your work, and wants to be part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
