About the role

Confluence Health is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor to oversee the Core Laboratory operations, ensuring high-quality, compliant testing services. You will provide leadership to staff, coordinate staffing, and drive workflow efficiency under the Laboratory Manager’s guidance. You will ensure timely reporting of results, quality control, and adherence to safety policies, while collaborating with providers, nursing, and other departments.
