Job Summary: Our client is seeking a dedicated Revenue Specialist to manage the email inflow for the NSA workstream and efficiently track dispute updates. This role requires interpreting complex requests from arbitrators, developing solutions, and ensuring that all aspects of the NSA principles are comprehensively understood and adhered to. The ideal candidate will also efficiently utilize payor portals and ensure high accuracy in data entry.
Responsibilities / Job Duties: Accurately and efficiently process email inflow for NSA workstream and track dispute updates in Excel. Interpret complex requests from arbitrators to provide clear and accurate responses. Apply knowledge of NSA workstream to develop solutions to changing payor and arbitrator behavior. Understand principles of NSA and process deadlines. Utilize payor portals to check eligibility, obtain remits, verify claim status. Ability to process high volume of data entry with high accuracy. SkillsRemote / hybrid work experience. Revenue Cycle Management experience (RCM collections).Payer / health insurance knowledge and experience. Intermediate EXCEL knowledge and experience.
Preferred Skills: Interest in revenue cycle growth and development within an organization. Administrative work experience. NSA experience. Schedule / ShiftM-F flexible times 5A-5P.Indefinite Contract with opportunity for conversion to FTE pending FTE budget openings.
