Job Description
Responsibilities: Sales: • Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities in the residential and commercial sectors. • Build relationships with contractors, interior designers, remodelers, and homeowners. • Conduct on-site consultations or virtual meetings to understand client needs and present our cabinet solutions. • Manage and track leads through CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce). Marketing: • Collaborate with our team to execute targeted marketing campaigns (email, social media, Google Ads, etc.). • Assist in content creation: photoshoots, case studies, testimonials, and social media posts. • Attend and represent the brand at trade shows, networking events, and local partnerships. • Monitor marketing performance metrics and suggest improvements.
✅Requirements: • 3+ years in sales or marketing, preferably incustom cabinetry, home improvement, construction, orluxury interiors. • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms (especially Instagram and Houzz). • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking. • Self-starter with a passion for craftsmanship, design, and customer satisfaction. • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally (if required). \nCompany
