Role Description: The Human Resources Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, AZ. This position supports daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and orientation, coordinating training sessions, and responding to routine HR inquiries. The role includes supporting benefits administration, helping manage HRIS data accuracy, and preparing HR-related reports and documentation. The Human Resources Assistant will collaborate with HR management to schedule interviews, track attendance, and support employee engagement initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Qualifications: Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management. Experience working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and maintaining accurate employee data. Ability to support Benefits Administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee questions. Experience assisting with Training coordination, such as scheduling, materials preparation, and tracking participation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels. High level of integrity and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information. Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email).Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Prior experience in an HR support or administrative role is preferred.
