About the role

Outbound Insurance Sales Specialist Remote | Full-TimeAre you an experienced P&C insurance agent who prefers outbound sales over sitting in an inbound call queue? We’re hiring an Outbound Insurance Sales Specialist for a fast-growing insurance technology company. This is a high-volume sales role built around warm, high-intent customer opportunities, not cold calling.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $75,000 base salary + bonus
  • Equity opportunity: 25,000 shares awarded after completing one year of employment
  • Remote work
  • Company-supported licensing expansion across all 50 states
  • Clear opportunities for career growth as the company scales
  • Why This Role Is Different
No cold calling. Customers have already shown interest, and their policy information has been verified. Warm, high-intent leads. Potential savings opportunities are identified before you reach out, so you're not starting from scratch. You control your day. Manage your own outbound calls, texts, emails, and follow-up rather than waiting for the next inbound call. Strong close rates. Once connected with a qualified customer, successful agents can achieve 40%–50% close rates. Multi-carrier selling. Help customers compare options across multiple insurance carriers to find the right fit. Real career growth. Top performers will have opportunities to grow into Sales Management, Training, Onboarding, and other leadership roles as the company scales.
What You’ll Do:
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to warm, qualified personal lines insurance customers
  • Have consultative conversations around coverage, pricing, and potential savings
  • Use verified policy data and pre-generated quotes to guide customers through their options
  • Close new business and consistently achieve sales goals
  • Manage your daily outreach and follow-up activity
  • Work across multiple carriers to find the best solution for each customer
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information
  • What We’re Looking For3–5 years of insurance sales experience2–3+ years of high-volume outbound sales experience
  • Active P&C personal lines license(s)
  • Experience selling personal lines such as auto, home, or renters
  • Experience working with multiple insurance carriers
  • Strong closing, objection-handling, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
Ideal Background: We’re particularly interested in candidates from independent insurance agencies, InsurTech companies, or other high-volume outbound personal lines environments. Experience with multiple carriers is important. Candidates with exclusively captive/exclusive agency experience may be less aligned unless they also have independent agency experience. Multi-state licensing is a plus. The company will support and cover the cost of expanding your licensing across additional states, including all 50 states, once hired. If you’re an experienced P&C salesperson who likes outbound selling, wants warm opportunities instead of cold leads, and knows how to close, we’d love to hear from you.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
