About the role

Celestica Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer, Thermal Design in Austin, TX to lead end-to-end thermal design for multiple electronic products. You will model, simulate, test, and iterate designs, working with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and performance. The role requires a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with emphasis on heat transfer and fluid mechanics, plus hands-on lab validation and cost-aware design decisions.
