About the role

UC Santa Cruz is seeking a Principal Construction Inspector to lead fieldwork on the university's largest and most complex campus projects. You will supervise inspectors, provide high-level expertise for occupancy and commissioning, and support the UC PM with change orders and quality assurance. You will drive plans reviews, ensure California Building Codes compliance, and coordinate with project managers, contractors, and design professionals.
