Administrative AssistantLHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking Administrative Assistants interested in opportunities throughout the East Side Portland Metro area, including Gresham, Troutdale, Fairview, Happy Valley, Clackamas, and surrounding communities. Our clients frequently seek administrative professionals who thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy supporting teams, departments, and leadership.
Responsibilities:
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Support office operations and workflow management
  • Assist with onboarding and departmental projects
  • Coordinate travel, events, and logistics as needed
  • Provide exceptional internal and external customer service
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Professional and adaptable approach
CompensationTypical pay ranges from $22-$30/hour, depending on experience and position requirements.
