This remote leadership role is pivotal in developing and executing the enterprise go-to-market strategy, building a high-performing sales organization, and driving growth across targeted industry verticals. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Enterprise Sales executives, ensuring the delivery of market-leading corporate payment solutions, and driving predictable revenue growth. Strategic leadership, sales execution, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration are key aspects of the role. Applicants for the SVP, Enterprise Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive sales leadership experience, with a proven track record in leading enterprise and strategic sales teams. Experience in SaaS, software, fintech, payments, or other complex B2B solution environments is essential, with a preference for those with a background in corporate payments, AP automation, treasury, or related financial technology solutions. The role requires a leader with a strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies, a history of improving sales performance, and the ability to influence and build credibility with C-level decision-makers. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an advanced degree is preferred.
