About the role

Process Technician in Injection Molding We're seeking a detail-oriented Process Technician to support production in our injection molding facility. In this role, you'll keep machines running efficiently, troubleshoot process issues, and help launch new and existing tools through test runs and process conversions. Working closely with shift leads and supervisors, you'll balance daily production priorities with careful documentation and root-cause problem solving.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to machine alarms based on production priorities, and stay with scheduled test runs unless a critical production issue requires attention. Make and document process adjustments, investigating and correcting the root causes of process problems rather than just the symptoms. Conduct test runs according to scheduled priorities, recording outcomes and any issues for supervisor validation. Perform process conversions between machines, matching key injection parameters such as fill time, hold time, temperatures, and shot size (95–98%).Shut down machines and related auxiliary equipment safely and correctly. Communicate start-ups by email, including part and tool details and any issues encountered. Follow daily priorities set by shift leads, including scheduled test runs, and address process issues promptly as directed.
What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with injection molding processes, strong troubleshooting skills, and a habit of clear, thorough documentation. AIMS training and RJG training (such as Systematic Molding or Master Molder) will set you apart. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment, managing shifting priorities, and communicating effectively with your team.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
