About the role

Field Service Technician – Automation & Controls As a Field Service Technician – Automation & Controls, you’ll support our automated water transfer systems in the field. This technical, hands‑on role involves installing and maintaining sensors, troubleshooting electronics, configuring devices, and ensuring safe and efficient operations at remote customer sites. You'll split time between field work and shop‑based equipment repairs, reporting directly to the Manager of Automated Operations. This role is based out of our Triadelphia, WV Automation Shop.
