This leadership position is at the forefront of the company's mission to provide high-quality, ethically sourced food products. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team that includes product, web development, UX, loyalty, and insights, with a focus on building and sustaining a high-performing, member-centric digital experience. The role demands a strategic vision for the future of the digital landscape, particularly in the context of the company's recent expansion into retail. The VP will be a key player in defining and implementing the digital roadmap, with a strong emphasis on experimentation, and will be expected to lead change management to foster a more autonomous, experiment-driven culture. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in digital product, e-commerce, or member experience leadership, preferably in a direct-to-consumer or subscription model. The ideal candidate will be technically adept, with a hands-on approach to digital product management, and a proven track record of leading teams through significant operational changes. A deep understanding of member-centric design thinking, loyalty program strategy, and the ability to translate member insights into actionable business strategies are essential.
