This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in developing a career in political fundraising with a strong commitment to electing Democrats across Texas.ResponsibilitiesExecuting call time with the Principal, including staffing, preparation, and follow upLeading donor prospecting and research process, ensuring that new donor prospects are identified and call time targets are effectively researchedManaging call time workflow with Finance Director and consultant team to ensure priorities are being met in a timely mannerReporting on key call time metrics and list progressUpdating and maintaining our databases (NGP)Other responsibilities as requiredQualificationsDetail oriented self-starter with experience in Democratic fundraisingStrong work ethic and willingness to take ownership of wide-ranging responsibilitiesAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environmentAccess to cell phone, laptop, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportationWillingness to relocate to Dallas, TXProficiency with NGP, Google Sheets, and ExcelExperience with power dialers preferredThe annual salary range for this position is $55,000-$60,000 and comes with 100% employer-paid health care.
