About the Role: Are you a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys developing people, driving results, and improving processes? We're looking for a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations and help ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of our products. In this role, you'll provide servant leadership to production team members while coordinating workflow, supporting employee development, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You'll play a key role in achieving safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals while fostering a positive and accountable work environment.
Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and support production team members to achieve departmental and plant objectives. Coordinate daily production activities to ensure schedules, quality standards, and customer requirements are met. Plan and assign work based on production priorities, equipment capacity, and employee skill levels. Partner with Production Control and other departments to meet operational goals and resolve production challenges. Education and/or Experience: Relative postsecondary degree and/or experience, preferred.
