About the role

The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting, enhancing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations across the Cinch / Bel Fuse multi-site, multi-division environment. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams — both onshore and offshore — translating business requirements into functional solutions across the order-to-cash and procure-to-pay lifecycles. Working as a functional generalist, the Business Analyst will facilitate requirements gathering with business users, coordinate configuration and development with the Dynamics team, support testing and user adoption, and drive accountability across all project phases. Are You Looking To: Serve as the primary liaison between business departments and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, ensuring system capabilities align with business objectives. Utilize 2+ years of hands-on experience within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem to support, enhance, and optimize ERP operations, ideally within a manufacturing environment. Configure and personalize Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, and leverage the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) where appropriate, to streamline workflows, improve data visualization, and enhance user experience. Manage reporting tasks within Dynamics 365, including standard and ad-hoc reports, financial reporting (Management Reporter), and Power BI dashboards, to deliver actionable insights to the business. Oversee Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes, with emphasis on managing and troubleshooting transaction sets like 810 (Invoice), 850 (Purchase Order), and 855 (Order Acknowledgment). Are You Ready To: Build and maintain form personalizations, workflows, and configurations within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and system standards. Monitor business systems to assure maximum up-time. Participate in ERP projects, including new module rollouts, implementations, and platform updates, and ensure thorough testing and user adoption during major upgrades and monthly release cycles. Collaborate with the offshore India team to manage development projects, coordinate testing efforts, and support system enhancements. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders, ensuring new implementations or upgrades meet functional and technical requirements. Document processes, configurations, and best practices to build knowledge resources for ongoing system support and future enhancements. Assume other projects and responsibilities from time to time as directed. Regular and predictable attendance is presumed to be an essential function of all employment. Establish and maintain a positive working relationship within assigned teams and with all applicable departments, customers, and vendors. Seek mutual agreement on problems involving coordination.
What You’ll Need: Bachelor's Degree (Business Management, Engineering, Accounting, Computer Science, Manufacturing Systems, etc.), advanced degree desired. Minimum 2+ years’ experience working within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, with broader business systems or ERP experience preferred. Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment required. Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
