Your internet speed should be at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload, and a direct Ethernet connection is preferred.In addition to having tech and customer service skills, you'll also need to be able to sit for extended periods of time, have manual dexterity, and type at a rate of 40 WPM with 80% accuracy.
