Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing, production, processing, or industrial environment Strong communication and presentation skills Experience working with plant operations, industrial equipment, instrumentation, or control systems Ability to travel up to 50% to customer facilities Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset Preferred Qualifications Experience with industrial automation, Industry 4.0 initiatives, or smart manufacturing technologies Exposure to PLCs, SCADA systems, sensors, or IIoT platforms Familiarity with IT/OT environments and industrial networking Experience analyzing operational, sensor, or time-series data Process optimization or continuous improvement experience Previous startup or fast-growth company experience Basic programming or scripting knowledge What You'll Do Support the deployment and implementation of AI and IoT solutions at customer manufacturing facilities Partner with production, process, quality, and engineering teams to drive successful technology adoption Assist with hardware installation, commissioning, and validation activities Collaborate with customer IT and OT teams to ensure successful system integration Analyze operational and sensor data to identify insights and performance improvements Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout pilot programs and implementation projects Support customer training, troubleshooting, and ongoing success initiatives Work closely with internal engineering, product, and commercial teams to improve deployment outcomes and identify expansion opportunities Technology Focus 40% Industrial Systems & Automation (PLCs, Sensors, IoT Devices) 30% Data Analytics & Performance Insights 30% IT/OT Connectivity & Cloud Integration Day-to-Day Breakdown 60% Customer Site Deployments & Hands-On Engineering 30% Cross-Functional Collaboration 10% Project Coordination & Pilot Management Benefits Competitive salary and equity opportunity Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Paid Time Off 401(k) Career growth within a rapidly scaling organization Opportunity to work with leading global manufacturing brands Exposure to emerging AI, Industrial IoT, and Industry 4.0 technologies Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis now and in the future without sponsorship.
