Operator Position This is a night shift position, 12-hour shifts, ($2.00 shift differential) (2/2/3 schedule)We are actively seeking an Operator to join our growing organization in our Compounding Plant. MOCOM is one of the world's leading compounders of thermoplastic polymers and offers the plastics processing industry a comprehensive range of high-performance plastics and technical compound solutions. Work in a team environment to safely perform the necessary operations for the production of plastics. Responsibilities include maintaining a high awareness of quality, safety, environmental conservation of energy, water and resources, and teamwork within the team. What you need to succeed: Mechanical aptitude; problem solving and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to share knowledge with other team members. Ability to set priorities. Ability to self-motivate and take initiative.
