About the role

Strategic Marketing SpecialistThe Strategic Marketing Specialist will support the Strategic Marketing Manager in driving Lee Health’s brand, service lines, and marketing initiatives. This role will oversee, organize, and implement marketing projects across multiple media types including print, web display, outdoor, direct mail, and multimedia ensuring consistent use of Lee Health branding by maintaining standards, guidelines, and updates. The Specialist will manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to keep projects on track and within budget; support service line and system teams to ensure all tactics align with strategic objectives and reflect brand identity and purpose; and execute strategic plans by assisting with campaign planning, content development, reporting and asset management. Additional responsibilities include developing and managing creative briefs, assisting with proofing and editing, routing materials for approval, and clearly communicating : Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related field required.Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional marketing experience required. Minimum of two years experience developing and managing creative briefs and overseeing and executing market projects across multi-media required. Healthcare industry knowledge or experience preferred.Other: A team player and effective collaborator with employees, leadership, community leaders, physicians, vendors, and the public. Excellent listening and interpersonal skills. Must have demonstrated ability to execute on multiple projects and excel in a fast-paced, result-oriented work environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to write clear and effective creative briefs. Strong analytical and data analysis skills. Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Planner) and Smartsheet.
