Our client is one of the fastest growing gaming companies in the US. As they continue to scale, they need a marketing leader who blends strategic vision with hands-on execution. This candidate should have experience in the online gaming space and a focus on brand building, content, and data-driven marketing.
Role Overview: We’re looking for a versatile and driven Chief Marketing Officer to lead our client's growth. This is a role for someone who can build and execute, roll up their sleeves, and push the brand forward across product, content, and acquisition channels. You’ll be responsible in defining how our client is perceived, how they tell their story, and how they attract and retain users.

  • Desired Experience and Attributes
  • Proven track record: 10+ years of general marketing experience and 4+ years of senior marketing leadership (e.g., CMO, Head of Marketing, VP Marketing, or equivalent) within consumer-facing apps or platforms, ideally in the gaming, DFS, prediction markets, sweeps and/or sports betting space
  • Brand builder
  • Content and editorial fluency: Comfortable managing content teams (writers, editors, video producers), with an understanding of audience, distribution, and engagement across platforms
  • Paid and performance marketing expertise
  • Analytical mindset: Ability to dive into user-level data, define KPIs (CAC, LTV, retention curves), interpret metrics, and make data-informed decisions
  • To repeat - must be data obsessed
  • Startup comfort / experience
  • Strong communicator, hungry and ambitious
