About the role
Sales Manager Jacuzzi Group is seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales growth within an assigned territory. This role manages a network of dealers while identifying and developing new market opportunities for Jacuzzi, Hydropool, DreamMaker, and Sundance Spas, promoting and selling spas, swim spas, saunas, and cold plunge tubs. The Sales Manager is accountable for achieving both monthly and annual sales goals. This is a field-based role covering the greater New Jersey area, with 50–60% travel by car. You are a results-driven field sales professional with a track record of consistently meeting your goals. You build strong, lasting relationships with dealers, enjoy teaching others how to sell and succeed, and are just as comfortable growing existing accounts as you are prospecting for new ones. You are self-motivated, organized, and at home on the road. Dealer Account Management • Generate regional sales by managing the current dealer base within the region (New Jersey area) • Spend approximately 60% of time growing the existing account base • Adhere to territorial spending goals and budgets New Business Development • Prospect open territory, qualify companies, and bring on new dealers • Spend approximately 40% of time focused on acquiring net new business Dealer Training & Support • Conduct dealer site visits and train dealers in sales, service, operations, and marketing functions • Serve as the liaison between dealers and Jacuzzi to solve problems, clarify policies and procedures, and maintain strong working relationships
