Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for an established manufacturing organization. This role will oversee procurement, supplier management, material planning, inventory, and logistics while leading a team and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead procurement, material planning, inventory, supplier management, and logistics. Develop supplier strategies, manage RFQs, negotiations, sourcing, and supplier performance. Oversee inventory levels, material availability, and supply/demand planning. Lead and develop supply chain team members, including buyers and planners. Monitor KPIs related to quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and productivity. Partner with operations, quality, and other departments to support production and customer requirements. Drive cost reduction, inventory optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of progressive supply chain experience. Experience in manufacturing, including procurement, production planning, logistics, and ERP/MRP systems. Strong supplier sourcing, negotiation, and supplier performance experience. Experience managing and developing a supply chain team. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Power BI.U.S. Citizen required. Aerospace, defense, automotive, or other regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
