About the role

All One One All (AOOA) is seeking an Assistant Farm Manager to partner with the Farm Manager in day-to-day operations across orchards, silvopasture, livestock, market gardens, and perennial systems. The role combines hands-on farming with crew leadership, planning, and coordination to build a strong, resilient team. The position offers an hourly rate of $26–$32 with paid vacation, holidays, health insurance contribution, and a non-matching 401(k).
