About the Role: The Company is seeking a Vice President, Operations for its Performance Institute. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic leadership of the global business operations, overseeing the operating model, business processes, and facility operations to support a high-performance environment. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in multi-site, cross-functional, or global operations, and the ability to translate strategic priorities into operational plans. The VP will work closely with the Senior Vice President to ensure the Institute's operations align with the organization's global growth strategy and will be a key representative for the Institute with various stakeholders. Candidates for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience. Strong executive presence, the ability to influence senior leadership, and experience in managing budgets, operational planning, and vendor relationships are essential. While not mandatory, experience in sports, performance, hospitality, events, healthcare, or related industries is preferred. The role also requires a champion of operational excellence, innovation, and collaboration, with a focus on continuous improvement and a commitment to the health and well-being of the athletes.
