Position Overview:
SharkNinja is building a new Product Excellence Program Management (PEPM) team — three roles, each owning a distinct phase of the product development lifecycle, working together to run one PE operating standard across the full lifecycle from inception to end-of-life. The vision is simple: four pods, one PE playbook — run faster. Consistent gates, escalation, and star reporting from Inception to EOL. Predicting star ratings before P0. Cutting in-market signal-to-fix to 10 days. Today, the handoffs across Product Excellence are not seamless enough. Each role is embedded at a specific phase of the development cycle, but all three operate as one team — sharing a common operating rhythm, a common PE playbook, and a shared accountability for ensuring nothing falls through the cracks between phases. All three roles report into VP, Product Excellence and Chief of Staff, and work in close partnership with each other, with the Product Excellence Functional leaders. Why This Team Exists: When the team is operating at its best: star prediction is running at every P0, every
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
